DocInvo is a privacy-first, browser-based commercial invoice generator. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your invoice data remains private and secure.

Service Operator

Data Collection and Storage

We do not store your invoice data. All invoice generation happens in your browser. Your invoice information, client details, shipment data, and generated PDFs never leave your device. We have no access to this information and cannot view, store, or share it.

We do not require account creation or an email address to generate an invoice. Informational pages can still produce ordinary server logs and allow analytics or advertising providers to process website usage data.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

DocInvo is free to use, supported by carefully placed advertisements through Google AdSense. These advertisements appear only on informational pages (help articles, blog posts, pricing information) and never appear in the invoice creation interface or generated PDFs.

Google AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant advertisements. These cookies may collect information about your browsing behavior across websites to show you personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings or using browser extensions that block ads.

Important: Your invoice data is never used for advertising purposes. We do not collect, access, or share your invoice information with advertisers or third-party advertising networks. Advertisements are based solely on your general browsing behavior across websites, not on the content of your invoices. Invoice data remains entirely in your browser and is completely separate from any advertising systems.

Cookies and Tracking

DocInvo uses minimal cookies for website functionality and advertising. We do not use cookies to track or collect your invoice data.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Note that blocking cookies may affect website functionality, but it will not impact your ability to generate invoices, as invoice processing happens entirely in your browser.

Third-Party Services

DocInvo may use the following third-party services:

• Google AdSense: For serving advertisements on informational pages only. AdSense does not have access to your invoice data.
• Hosting Services: For website hosting and delivery. These services provide infrastructure but have no access to invoice data, as all invoice processing happens in your browser.
• Analytics Services: For understanding website usage patterns on informational pages. These services may process device, referral, page-view, and similar usage data, but analytics scripts are disabled on invoice creation, widget, and download routes.

These services operate under their own privacy policies. We do not share your invoice data with these services. Your invoice information remains entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to third-party services.

Children's Privacy

DocInvo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect invoice information from children. Analytics and advertising providers may process ordinary website usage data on informational pages under their own policies.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the site, please contact us.

Your Rights

We do not hold account records or stored invoice contents. Analytics and advertising providers may process site usage data under their own policies and controls, including Google's advertising settings linked above.
